How does monitoring work? Are results reliable?
We periodically submit your configured prompts as real questions to each AI engine, collect the answers and analyze brand mentions, citations and rankings. The same prompt may yield different answers over time (models are stochastic) — what we guarantee is that the methodology (sample counts, matching rules) is public, consistent and reproducible, and the dashboard shows every raw answer for verification.
Which AI engines are supported?
Currently DeepSeek, Doubao, Kimi (Chinese engines) and ChatGPT. Gemini and more are on the roadmap. The Free plan includes 1 engine; the Chinese Engine Pack unlocks Doubao/Kimi.
How do I get a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase and with no more than 3 monitoring runs, you get a full refund — the only condition. Email support@aihonest.ai with your order number; we reply within 2 business days. See the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Log in → Billing → Manage subscription → Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Takes effect immediately; access continues until the end of the current period, and historical data is never deleted.
Will my prompts be made public?
No. Your monitoring configuration and results are visible only to you. See the Privacy Policy: no ad tracking, we never sell data.
