Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-19 · This policy explains what data AIHonest (aihonest.ai) collects, why, and how it is protected. By using the service you agree to it.
1. Data we collect

2. What we do NOT collect
- No ad tracking: no third-party ad pixels, no cross-site behavioral profiling.
- We never sell your data.
3. Third-party processors
- Cloudflare: hosting, database (D1), object storage (R2), email routing.
- Lemon Squeezy, LLC: payments and subscription management (Merchant of Record, global tax).
- Resend: login emails and weekly report delivery.
- AI engine providers (DeepSeek/Doubao/Kimi/OpenRouter, etc.): receive your prompt text when monitoring runs. Do not put sensitive information in prompts you would not submit to those engines; brand and competitor terms are the minimum necessary data for monitoring.
4. Retention & deletion
- Monitoring data: retained during the subscription and after cancellation (for your historical trends); you may request export or complete deletion by email at any time — completed within 30 days.
- Account data: deleted with the account (except billing records we must keep by law).
5. Security
- TLS in transit; magic-link tokens stored hashed; rate limiting and signature verification on APIs.
- Databases and raw answer archives are access-restricted to service operations, never public.
6. Your rights
- Access, correct, export or delete your data; withdraw consent (email support@aihonest.ai, response within 2 business days).
- EU/UK users: under GDPR you may lodge a complaint with your local authority; California users: under CCPA we do not sell personal information, and you may exercise knowledge/deletion rights.
7. Cookies & local storage
- Only strictly necessary cookies (session login) and localStorage (theme preference). No advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
- Material changes will be announced on the website with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
