Terms of Service

1. The service

• AIHonest provides AI search visibility monitoring: according to your plan, we periodically submit your configured prompts to third-party AI engines (DeepSeek, Doubao, Kimi, ChatGPT, etc.), collect and analyze how your brand is mentioned, cited and ranked, and present the results on a dashboard with optional email reports.
• Plan limits (engines / prompts / frequency / sample size) are defined on the pricing page; the methodology notes shown there and in the dashboard (sample counts, matching rules) are part of the service description.
• Monitoring results are snapshots of AI engine output and are inherently variable — models are stochastic and engines change over time. We commit to transparent, consistent, reproducible methodology; we do not guarantee any particular mention outcome or ranking on any engine.

2. Accounts & security

• Sign-in uses magic-link email. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity; report unauthorized use immediately.
• One primary account per person/organization; do not share accounts for third-party commercial use.

3. Payments & auto-renewal

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. Payments and global tax are handled by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy, LLC); your statement shows LEMSQZY*.
• Cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Refund Policy (including the 7-day window) is part of these terms.
• Price changes are announced on the pricing page in advance; cancel before renewal to avoid the new price.

4. Fair use

• Do not abuse the service, including: circumventing quota or rate limits; reselling monitoring output at scale without written permission; scraping API endpoints beyond documented use; or using the service to engineer deceptive content aimed at manipulating AI engines.
• Violations may result in throttling, downgrade or ban; fees for banned accounts are handled per the Refund Policy (typically non-refundable).

5. Your data

• Your prompts, brand terms and monitoring results belong to you; we process them solely to provide the service, per the Privacy Policy.
• Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the service and publish industry reports (never disclosing your personal information or confidential configurations).
• Data is retained after cancellation; you may request export or deletion by email.

6. Third-party services & disclaimers

• The service depends on third-party AI engines and infrastructure (DeepSeek/Doubao/Kimi/OpenAI/Cloudflare, etc.). Changes, throttling or outages on their side may affect timeliness or completeness of monitoring; we annotate anomalies per our published methodology but are not liable for their actions.
• The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data.

• You may stop using the service and cancel anytime; if we terminate your service (other than for your breach), we refund unused periods pro-rata.
• Material changes to these terms or the service will be announced on the website in advance; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules for HK/Macau/Taiwan). Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent authority/court where the service operator is located.
